Cancellation Policy

To respect both your time and ours, all appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the booked service.
No-call/no-shows will also be charged the 20% fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments.
